urgh, wish he can call me about my dispute; as seller and buyer on eBay for many years-there's no protection on either side!
Doesn't CEO have more important things to do than conduct phone surveys?

I guess not...they must have noticed a change in selling or lack of he's calling sellers now and they are giving courtesy coupons ....thats not enough for us sellers

Not to dispute the original person who posted this thread, but I have a really hard time believing the CEO of Paypal or Ebay is calling up random people to see if they are satisfied at how a dispute was handled. Are you 100% sure this call was real?????. Sorry, just sounds pretty unlikely to me..
Sounds credible to me, I mean they hardly ever do work, 99% of their time they send out canned responses and take forever to decide on anything. I would like their job, get paid to do nothing.
well the first call wasn't from him it was from some guy i don't remember his name but he asked me if it would be ok of the CEO if ebay/pay pal could call me and he did.
It's funny because when the CEO left me the message he even said this isn't a prank. He left enough info reguarding my dispute that only paypal would have known. I was suprised that he called but hey i guess thats a new thing they are doing
