I knew her nose looked reshaped!! the tip has that sort of look. My husband wasnt having any of it though. i will have to show him this now :)

LOL, isn't it hysterical that men do not want to believe their favorite stars could have had plastic surgey :p Mine simply refused to believe it about CZJ

But Kate looked sooooo different that she was almost unrecognizable until she spoke

... and who in Hollywood has not done something to their teeth or smile? Natalie Portman fixed her gummy smile. (which was cute, but not up to Hollywood standards, I guess).

Her teeth look the same to me...I'm trying to see the difference.

Dang, she looks alot like Hillary Swank in that second pic.

I think her dentist carved into her gums in order to make her teeth longer, so when she smiles, not as much gum is showing.

Then someone injected something to keep her top lip from curling up too high and exposing more gum.

Something like that. :p

ETA - If you look at the before and after, her teeth are longer.

i had that surgery when i was 16 because i was a high risk for gingivitis or gum cancer. my gums grew with my teeth instead of staying in one place. (gingival hyperplasia)

not that she did it for medical reasons...but she COULD have.

I think a gummy smile is not accepted in Hollywood, although I find it very endearing. She probably fixed it for the same reason she fixed her nose... Hollywood pressure.

Did your surgery hurt?
