An interesting article on the beauty and use of skunk as a fur. I hadn't appreciated it was once so popular. Kim's coat was Lanvin it says.

I enjoyed reading this article :smile:
It's a shame it went out of style for so long. It has a slight come back from designers but I guess not enough to be popular again. True the word "skunk" is scary, but in person they are gorgeous, and I forgot the glossy part, yes it's glossy! I wish my hair had that much shine :lol:
That Lanvin coat is gorgeous!

Yes, in terms of what people want from a fur it has durability, warmth, softness, looks great, etc - it ticks all of the boxes Perhaps it is expensive to produce or perhaps it will make a comeback. I hope the latter.

I hope so too, id really love a coat length
There are some on ebay but they are vintage, not that that's a bad thing, they still look really nice and are affordable, but designers produce a more luxurious look :girlsigh:
