that is really disappointing... i agree with you.i'm sorry to hear that. i hope you get it back soon! i still have yet to take mine in for a check-up. it's so hard to bear parting with it when i've had it on daily for like 2 years.

So after she said no exchange, just a repair.. I brought up all my concerns and asked what Cartier has to say for an item needing to be repaired 5 days in to me having it!
She said let me speak to the management team about what we can do. a few hours later she said I was approved for an exchange. I’m very happy! My whole thing was Cartier has now had it longer than I did (2 weeks now, almost 3!) & it just doesn’t sit right with me as they should stand behind the quality of their products, period.
I have the reg love & have had zero issues thus far so I knew something was up. & down the line, I’m sure maybe I’ll need a little tightening / touch up which is understandable as you wear something 24/7 .. but I just couldn’t accept all these hands touching my new item not even a week into my having it.
Why does yours need a check up? It IS hard part with them.. they become a part of you lol!
