Cartier price increase thread *please include your location*

I just got the small JUC ring today and the SA confirmed price increase on 5/14 in the US. Most pieces already have the new price tags on ready for the switch. Both the JUC small ring (no diamond) and LOVE small hoop earrings will go up $40 in case anyone needed the info.

Agree! Probably not bad for LOVE or JUC collection so I can wait lol. My SA didn’t think it’s a bad PI but Tiktok did make it sound worse he said.

I asked my most recent SA to let me know if a PI was coming over a week ago and she said she would but she never did. I am in the USA. I texted her yesterday that my Cartier watch SA (AD) said PI was soon so she finally said yes it's on the 14th but she won't know what percent or what lines until the night before. Reached out to another SA who said Clash was not going up but Trinity and Panther were about 6%. I didn't ask about any other lines. I don't like the I can't tell you anything attitude. Will be buying from the SA who was honest.

Seems a little unfair to punish the SA for following the rules the company sets and maintaining their confidentiality. If they wanted these prices known or published ahead of time, they'd do so.

I think what’s frustrating that it’s so inconsistent. Some SAs can give information about the PI but others can’t? I think the most fair and transparent policy would be for them to inform the clients that ask once they know the new price, which it seems like at this point they should know since it’s only a few days away. In one store the SA told me it’s against company policy to say anything about the PI and I had another SA from a different store email me and confirm the date and increase. Why can one SA share this info but the other can’t?

Price increase in Japan seems to be super minimal.

I just bought the small SS panthere last week for $7050 and I saw this morning that it has now gone up to $7900! Less than 3 years ago when I was first looking at it the watch was under 6k and now it is basically 8k!

Price increase effective in Australia. Small Clash in YG increased by 5%, the love ring small YG increased by almost 7%, surprisingly the Love original size did not increase. Interesting!

Price increase in Japan seems to be super minimal.

It seems they had a HUGE increase.. here's some items I noted prices for:

1. Mini Baignoire Leather - 1,174,800 -> 1,293,600 (about $800 USD increase)
2. Mini Baignoire YG - 2,032,800.00 -> 2,323,200 (about $2000 USD increase)
3. Mini Panthere SS - 577,500 -> 616,000 (about $260 USD increase)
4. Small Panthere TT - 1,320,000 - > 1,399,200 (about $540 USD increase)
