Cartier price increase thread *please include your location*

Went into Cartier in California today and they were already starting to re-tag items with the price increase. 7% on everything on 4/18. That's just too close to Tax day.

On the plus side…most of CA doesn’t have to file until Oct…????

Cartier Vancouver boutique finally confirmed the 4/18 price increase to me today. (Earlier this week the SA denied knowing anything about it). Would not tell me percentages but I am not a Vancouverite, perhaps they only tell the locals They were extremely busy when I called.

We must have the same SA as she was was not forthcoming with upcoming increase. Thank god for this forum as I would not have known about it.

I have enough of visiting the store and I know exactly what I want to get so I’ve just made payment thru the link sent by SA. She will order a new piece for me that will take a week-ish; paid 40% and I must collect the item (meaning full payment) no later than April.

To add, the SA that this transaction was intended for didn’t get back to me on the payment link (which she said she would get back to me). I’m sure she is overwhelmed. I have another SA contact and bam she sent me the link immediately. I truly didn’t want to miss out the current price (will be up by 7.2%. Love Cuff. Singapore).

Went to pick up my clash today and new tags were already on all of the merchandise. I actually didn’t even know of a price increase (haven’t wanted a Cartier piece in a long time and have not been following the brand as closely).

Sm Clash will be 7650
Med Clash RG (I think) will be $10,250

My SA has found me a Panthere ring in my size, ready for purchase, just before the price increase after tomorrow. I'll go in and try it for her sake. She's working very hard even on her off days.

US. Went to the boutique today and SA said new prices will be in effect on Tuesday. She couldn't confirm any general percentages and said she'd need to check each item separately. Some new tags were already on. The Panthere bracelet with two heads (looking in opposite directions) +$700, regular YG Love +$450, small YG JUC +$200.

Hi all, UK prices are still not updated, I think the increase is happening tomorrow. FYI, regular JUC no diamonds is currently £7,150 and will be £7,650 according to my SA
