Question, i just bought a juc ring and need to exchange it for a smaller size but can only do so at the end of month after the price increase because i do not live near a Cartier boutique, will i need to pay the difference in price??
I have to do the same with a Clash ring I bought. Both Customer Service call center and my SA via text confirmed that within the 30-day window, the lower price will be honored for direct exchanges. I was so very relieved!

Noob question, to lock in the current price, do we need to purchase whatever's in stock right now? Or, can we ask to have something ordered (even though there's stock at boutique) and pay in full?

When I spoke to customer care, the ring I'm interested in is showing 1 available at the boutique. I don't live close to it and I'm waiting for a call back but the person that answered seemed to suggest it was the display (but of course, still in 'pristine' condition).
No, they can order it for you but you have to pay for it now to lock in the price.
