Hello! Not sure if this will be a good/useful indicator for you, but I was told by my SA in Singapore that the price for a Tank I recently purchased would be increasing by about 8% come 18 April.
She told me that the price increase (~7 - 10%) would apply to most items.
the increase in germany will def be on monday. went to the store today to pick up my yg love and i have never seen the store so packed, there were people queuing hours before they opened
I was texting my SA today. It took her many hrs to responding and finally she replied that she is sorry because she was serving non stop today.

Cartier Vancouver boutique finally confirmed the 4/18 price increase to me today. (Earlier this week the SA denied knowing anything about it). Would not tell me percentages but I am not a Vancouverite, perhaps they only tell the locals They were extremely busy when I called.

I went to South Coast Plaza today and Cartier was very crowded! The watch I purchased will be going up $300 next week.
Went into Cartier in California today and they were already starting to re-tag items with the price increase. 7% on everything on 4/18. That's just too close to Tax day.
