Since Cartier Singapore/ Malaysia/ Thailand is grouped together I suspect it's already gone into effect by now. We have the option to claim tax refund as tourists.

Was at the Cartier boutique yesterday. My SA told me about an upcoming price increase in april. She had no information about which products are going to be affected by the increase. I‘m in Germany.
Yes panic buy is no fun.
With the impending increase, it only makes more sense that I shall be getting my next cartier piece in Msia in my upcoming trip.
