As for Switzerland it depends on the exchange rate. As I just see it's 7-8 % cheaper due to their 9 % or so VAT. However you need to get there first and consider the 2 % exchange rate loss. I guess legally you need to pay 20 % tax out of Switzerland, not so in Germany. Plus beware of buying anything else: Pricewise you'll feel like being in NYC; a bus ticket is USD 5 or a sandwich sets you back $10.

This are EUR prices to be converted to USD if we are in US? I would like to figure out and do the math for what the prices I'd pay in USD for Paris, NY, and HK just to compare as those are the top 3 places I'll be. I'm hoping to pick it up for the holidays, but not sure if I will be able to travel. But still good to know how much extra I'm paying if I do decide to pick it up in NYC though. Thanks so much!

I calculated everything into EUR to compare. You may go to USD but obviously the differences will stay the same.

LN 5339 USD (VAT included) - after VAT around 4581USD
FR 5370 USD (VAT included) - after VAT should be around 4,727 USD

(when you shop in other countries, don't forget you still have to declare to customs and pay 4% tax though for US)

So it looks like HK or NY is the best bet for this piece... interesting how it's more expensive to buy in France now though, because it used to be less. Probably the way they try to make the price stable across the countries, and also the currency rates etc. This conversion chart is only up to date with when I'm checking NOW.

I can confirm. I went in today to make a purchase and my SA told me they were given notification today about price increase in October. Good timing on my part lol, glad I bought today

Oh lordy. Okay i got my thin love when we heard about the increases in September so I’ll just pray they don’t include JUC. It would be so weird to raise the price on the thin w diamonds since it literally just came out but crazier things have happened :panic: Thanks for the heads up!!
