That’s crazy. I just don’t find their pieces worth it especially with the price increases they don’t hold their value at all.

This is bit of an overstatement re Tiffany. I think many likely think their e rings and weddings rings are worth it. Tiffany also makes a number of beautiful and fine pieces with really well cut quality diamonds. Regardless, most jewelry unfortunately doesn’t hold value well.
Why is it 200 euro less in Germany versus the Netherlands?? Haha strange. Never realized this... It is just a few hours drive...

Oh, it’s 3 ours from me. And it’s really cheaper than in Germany. But my husband buy JUC and Love bracelets in Germany just 5 days ago. I though that in Europe nearly the same price. But he would save much more buy everything in SwissDrive to Switzerland
You know the Dutch turn the penny not only twice but 200 times. I've experienced that by visiting a friend and having to use tea bags twice by freezing at 60 degrees (16°C) inside

As for Switzerland it depends on the exchange rate. As I just see it's 7-8 % cheaper due to their 9 % or so VAT. However you need to get there first and consider the 2 % exchange rate loss. I guess legally you need to pay 20 % tax out of Switzerland, not so in Germany. Plus beware of buying anything else: Pricewise you'll feel like being in NYC; a bus ticket is USD 5 or a sandwich sets you back $10.

Well, I assume the Netherlands have some sort of limit for citizens importing goods, and possibly besides VAT refund/tax payment some sort of fee for gold/diamonds. For us in Switzerland, it still often makes sense to buy abroad, as the VAT is e.g. 20% abroad and 7,7% here... plus sometimes a cheaper price. But I always check first, please do as well if for some reason you haven’t already (should be a given, no?)!

Germany is currently having a tax reduction of around 3% as a means to boost the economy. Cartier (in contrast to all the other luxury houses) is actually passing this reduction on to the customer. The reduced price in valid until the end of December.
