For your first part, I guess it depends what you already have, or what you want. I mean do you intend to stack or have a statement piece. I probably wont stack if I have the regular pave (but I know a lot of the ladies out there stack a whole lot anyway). I like how it stands out alone. Whereas for the small pave, I somehow always have the urge to stack it.

Full pave Serpenti + small love bracelet. Hope this helps.
Do you notice any scratching issues with the bracelets? Is the Serpenti relatively flush to your Love? Overlap issues? I know others have mentioned the pave Love is thicker in diameter than other Loves and does not stack well together.
Also what sizes are your bracelets? Mine are Love 18, JUC 17, and I believe I tried on the Medium Serpenti.

The Serpeti is size S, the Love a 16. I find there is less overlap than with the Love stacked with a JUC.
I cannot help rgd. how the fit would be with a pave love though.
