This is a “new” bracelet from the vault…. What do you all think? Do you think it’s worth an exchange? I personally feel for the money, I expect no flaws. Also, there were small scratches that I tried to overlook.

Even if you exchanged it, you would get scratches naturally anyway after a way days. If it's a matter of principal for you then exchange. This is a “new” bracelet from the vault…. It would be the principal for me. Let me be the one to put the scratches not some random person. There should be zeros scratches if the bracelet comes from the vault.Even if you exchanged it, you would get scratches naturally anyway after a way days. Yes same for me. I asked my SA and she stated that is not true. She stated the best way would be to get piece resized or to sell and purchase a new item
Agree, i chatted with customer service on their website and they confirmed it's a thing but the SA in person looked at me like i was crazy.. kind of annoying tbh. wonder why it's inconsistent. I wish it was more like 50% of the price... 60% is still so steepHi! It looks like your SA is new or has no idea about Cartier brand policies, he/she should educate himself better before providing responses to customers, it's a shame to have such unprofessional CS at Cartier...
The policies are as follows: 1) Cartier will not re-size love bracelets, 2) Cartier will take your "old" love bracelet and will make you a new one instead in the size you need for 60% of the price. You can easily verify this by calling the brand directly using the customer service number from the official website.

Thank you for this response! Now I know and I will confirm with customer service. Hopefully I never need to get another one, but if I do I am glad to have this information!Hi! Thank you so much yayaisnan, I totally felt that way, but the strong scratches like with a screwdriver almost in the love circle is what really made me feel that way. Thankfully, my SA did get me a new flawless one in which I am so happy about! And a reg juc w/diamonds ❤️Even if you exchanged it, you would get scratches naturally anyway after a way days. I agree. Unfortunately, we will not always have our 20 y/o bodies. My first love in a size 17 I don't even wear anymore. I gained approximately 25 lbs in my thirties (over 10 year span) and have since purchased new size 18s. And a JUC in size 17. I lost the 25 lbs, but my size 18s are still perfectly sized for my wrists. They don't fall off, and glide much more smoothly. When buying bracelets, always size up. I cannot emphasize this enough.
It's much better to have a loose-fit bracelet than a very tight bracelet.
Yeah, jewelry purchase at this price point is usually for a lifetime. That means weight gain, pregnancy, health issues, menopause,...etc. If torn between sizes, the bigger size is usually more practical.I agree. Unfortunately, we will not always have our 20 y/o bodies. I will also point out, please try the bracelet on BOTH wrists. My non-dominant hand is skinnier than dominant. When I bought my first Love, I was convinced I'd always wear it on my left. Well guess what? I wear my watch on the left and a stack on the right. Preferences change.
Interesting…thanks for the info!I don't know if it is true but heard that there is a promotion so it's not 60% but 30% payment for resizing until September...
