Same. And I sent it directly there myself. They refinished which is more of a light buff which is what I wanted
Here. Mine got even worse after the change to the new mechanism. Just had to glue it or it would have been gone by now.
Cartier is selling new bracelets with this new mechanism they made for you? How long ago did they switch to the new mechanism?
Mine from a year ago wasn’t the new mechanism. They sent it in for enhancing recently and I had it back on with about 2 weeks. Hasn’t budged!

Didn’t the newest mechanism only come out within the past year? I would double check if I were you.
I definitely have the new, it came out more than a year ago.
