Kallison - so sorry this has turned into such an ordeal. I totally agree with your decision to return the Mandy (when I originally responded, I was not aware of the SA s*** behind it) and just like everyone else has expressed, it's unacceptable for that SA to have dealt with you in that manner.

anyways! returned the mandy and a lady who REALLY wanted it, got it- and i'm happy it went to a loving home.

and the sa's at the outlet were SO INCREDIBLE this time. we chatted the whole time i was there and it was so FUN. a much better experience (which is probably how i ended up spending WAY too freaking much!)
