Can someone recommend an online authentication service

hi everyone, i'm new here and would need your expert and/or collective advice. i just purchased a Chanel sweater (NWT) from eBay from a seller and just received it today. From the photos on eBay, the tag etc seems to check out but seeing it now in person and asking a friend who recently just left Chanel, she commented that the Chanel tag and sizing tag looks off. I'm hoping to tap on your resources to recommend a place who can authenticate Chanel clothing? Would hate to accuse the seller of anything before trying to have it authenticated by a credible party since my SA from Chanel said they won't do authentication for anything not bought from their store direct. thank you.

Real Authentication does authentication for Chanel ready to wear. I just used them and unfortunately my jackets were counterfeit.

Hi everyone! I just purchased a Chanel Mini from Vestiaire Collective. What are your experiences of their in-house authentication checks? I'm debating having the bag checked via a third party just to be sure but reading the comments here makes me unsure of which one to use (Etinceler seems to be the fav but they seem to have shut down). I am based in London so an online one would be preferred.

Thanks :)

So I’ve just used authenticate4u they seem pretty good… I sent photos for 2 bags

now sent another 4 they are very responsive on facebook.. thays how I’ve been communicating with them

not sure if there are others out there but would lvoe it if there were just to have Peice of mind

I tried Zeko but she said my bag is not looking good :( I tried Entrupy and Real Authentication they said its Authentic. so confusing. I tried again using the bag that I bought from the store and zeko said she seen so many flaws again :(

I would let Zeko authenticate the bag and communicate directly with her. So you can be sure that the authenticity certificate is not fake. Heard that it already happend that her certificates have been faked as well..
Omg... how to make sure the cert is real? My seller also obtained the zeko cert with the bag but I don’t know how to make sure the cert is the real one...
Can double check if contact to Zeko?

Sorry but somehow I don’t believe this…

From a new member that just joined today. Sorry to be cynical but I smell something fishy

Yes. I’ll do that! But if Zeko is good enough then I might just ask them to do it for me and don’t spend the money again. She is charging me $150 SGd for authentication.
I know this is an old post that was revived by someone else but I would always authenticate the bag after you received it. The seller can always send photos of a different bag to zeko and get that authenticated as real then give you a fake bag with that certificate

I tried Zeko once but she told me my bag is fake, I have the store receipt with me. She’s more in the flaws and angles if your picture quality is bad she will judge the bag as fake. Better use entrupy or legit grails more reliable and fast to answer.

Did YOU buy the bag at the store yourself? If not, you do realize receipts can be faked? And no if she is unsure she will not judge your bag fake she would tell you she cannot issue a determination. if pic is bad she will ask for clearer until she is sure. Believe me I know. I had a hell of a time getting a great picture of a hologram sticker, she would not authenticate until several tries and I finally got a good enough picture.

I agree to @lallybelle. I bought a bag with receipt and sent Zeko pictures to authenticate it. Although I was able to provide her most of the pictures she needed, I couldn't get her a clear picture of the serial number. She never once told me she thought it was fake. She just couldn't confirm 100% authenticity without that clear serial picture.
