Can someone recommend an online authentication service

I know they are the best but to show what I mean, these are the pictures they are rejecting. Not because they believe the bag to be fake but because they don’t like the picture.
What more clarity do they need? 83 images seem an awful lot of images to submit
Not sure I'd be jumping through these hoops for an authentication, but that's your call
as to how much you want to be subjected to & if the option is available, perhaps considerate the return
as you likely may not be able to meet their criteria, JMO

I bought a classic flap from Redeluxe. This is my first redeluxe purchase. Any time I buy a Chanel or Hermes from a site, I get it authenticated.

I am using Zeko for the first time. They seem great! The communication is awesome however, I have taken 83 pictures, doing my best to have it natural light, up close, in focus but I am using an iPhone (a newish model) and they have rejected almost every single photo saying it needs to look EXACTLY like the sample they sent to me.

The CF is a small and I am starting to get worried about the manipulation I am doing to the bag to get the “perfect” pic of the serial number and the “perfect” pic of the inside of the inside base of the turnlock. I don’t want to cause damage to the bag and I am starting to feel like I will not be able to get the pics EXACTLY like they want them. They offered me a refund because they could tell I was getting frustrated. Part of me says go with another authenticator or just enjoy the bag.

To be clear, they are not saying that the bag isn’t authentic and they want better pics, they won’t even start the authentication process because they are saying my pics aren’t good enough.

I have had many places authenticate such as Bababebi and have never experienced such a hassle. Help!
I had the same issue with Zeko! They requested a bunch of pictures. While the pictures aren’t to their liking, they don’t clarify which ones are deficient or how the pictures provided weren’t to their liking. It is a super frustrating process.

Tacking Zeko authentication at the end of a luxury bag purchase experience makes the experience feel anything but luxurious. I don’t care if people think Zeko is the best, I would never deal with them again.

1000%. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt for an object I wasn’t made aware of and was given direction by someone guiding me “you are getting warmer…uh oh, nope, now you are cold”.

They did refund me eventually, all but $2.23 (heck if I know why) and I took by business to another authenticator with my 83 pictures and they were able to authenticate the bag and it is authentic.

After that experience , I googled Zekos and started doing my deep research. How a company responds to complaints is telling IMO. Go to trust pilot and look at their complaints, then Zeko’s responses. I couldn’t beleive my eyes. Yes, they have a 4.9 rating (very very good) but wow. I will NEVER do business with them because of their response to criticism online.

hi everyone! Need to authenticate a bag, is real authentication good? Or would it be better to do entrupy through someone? Im just hesitant to do that bc I would have to leave the bag with them and I dont want to do that

Hey TPFer!
I got a preloved Chanel off A Retro Tale and I want another opinion as I am not familiar with Chanel. Not that I would think it is fake but I wouldnt mind a second opinion.

Which one do you recommend? And how long does it take them to share the results?
I prefer sending pics, not the bag itself.

I have used designerpawn.com , real authentication and legit grails for my preloved Chanels

Hi! Just checking to see if you ever managed to get this authenticated or not?

I gave up on Zeko and got my money back. It was a disaster and I won’t ever try to work with them again. I used two other authentication services and both came back authentic. Good enough for me
Thats great! Tbh Ive bought bags from Redeluxe before, never doubted their authenticity but I worried when I saw your post so was hoping it came back authentic as well!
