ITA - this is when you started seeing skulls being used in clothes and accessories. I have a McQueen skull scarf as well as his large skull silver necklace. It's really fun to wear something that's so different from my usual style. Don't know why, but there's something about that McQueen design that really attracts me! I have the koi/skull scarf also! :nuts::giggles:

I like the skull motif as an accessory - its a little more 'rock & roll' than my classic pieces.
I don't see the skull as scary - more in keeping with how the Me&Ro girls see it - 'The skull is a reminder that all things will pass; there is wisdom in living in the face of such mortality and therefore, we should live fully and mindfully.'

p.s. I'll bet you're sorry you introduced me to this site. Especially now that I am in lollygagging mode :)

I have a pair of Betsey Johnson brass skull earrings. They make me feel younger and edgier. They truly bring a smile to my face. Like PPs said, you either like them or you don't. I for instance don't like any snake jewelry, and that is very common too.

I have a very sweet swarovski Betsey Johnson skull penant w/a pink bow on her head. Def fun piece and totally Betsey!
