Hate to sound mean, but two celebrities who don't age well are Renee Zellweger and Cameron Diaz. It's like they are in their 30s, 30s, 30s for years, then in their late 50s! I don't understand where their 40s went.

So maybe light makeup and a more manageable haircut will do the trick? It's not like they have to be red carpet ready all the time, but you still need to at least put in some efforts.

Cameron Diaz has always struggled with acne. I know how that feels so I am cutting her a lot of slack. We don't moisturize or use sunblock because even the lightest lotion might trigger a breakout of cystic acne. I liked her for her energetic, bubbly personality (on screen anyway) and she has a great body, very athletic and fit. Also I prefer her in shorter hair, long hair seems to drag her down.
Also please please please do not go down that the ridiculous lip filler road!

On Friday morning, Cameron Diaz had a big announcement to share on Instagram. As it turns out, the Hollywood actress and her husband Benji Madden recently welcomed a baby girl into the world.

"Happy New Year from the Maddens! We are so happy, blessed and grateful to begin this new decade by announcing the birth of our daughter, Raddix Madden," the couple shared in a post. "She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family."

In their announcement, the parents vowed to protect their daughter's privacy. At the same time, they couldn't hide their joy at a new family member.

"While we are overjoyed to share this news, we also feel a strong instinct to protect our little one's privacy," the couple shared. "So we won't be posting pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute!! Some would even say RAD."
