I had a very strange experience with her as well. Tried to purchase a SLG with her and she told me to EMT her the money fast because other people were inquiring. While I was in the process of completing the transfer, she told me not to send her the money anymore because she just sold the product. Why would you tell me to send you money when you were in the process of closing another deal ...

she pulled the same trick and scam with me and didn’t make my purchase a priority after. I spent almost $10 thousand and she didn’t even provide a tracking number after. Imagine you wasting several thousands on your purchase to find out nothing but terrible service and constant attitude. She used cheap shipping carrier from her international location and the package didn’t arrive for 1 month etc

I have not purchased from her but I used to follow her and I found her prices grossly inflated for classic collection products. When I asked her about it, she said that people are willing to pay extra to get stuff right away. Sure, but we're talking about a classic collection boy bag, not like a limited edition mini. And then she called me stupid for not knowing how business works... so I stopped following her.

The faces behind this Instagram page are Young girls hence their attitude and lack of customer service.

Yeah I agree. I once asked a consignment shop on IG (luxe du jour or something) about why she is charging a lot more than retail, and she got super defensive, about how people are willing to pay more money for something that's "hard to find." Except the thing she was selling was a lambskin boy with rhw and not really that hard to find. I later saw that she deleted her comments lol. I think these shops that charge more than retail are banking on the fact that people might not want to do their research, or just naively believe them when they say its "hard to find."

The girls behind luxe du Jour don’t know anything about customer service. They just rush you to receive a deposit or pay off your item then leave you hanging in the dark. I’ve had such a horrific experience with them, I purchased a diamond cartier love bracelet for $10,300 April 27th and it’s May 22nd today and I still haven’t received it.

Hi guys, I just wanna do a PSA that @luxedepartments is a scammer!!! Please report her to Instagram! I recently transacted with her cos she had something that I want and after the money got transferred, she said the current bag in store wasn’t in perfect condition so they’re transferring a new one from another city. On the day the bag is supposed to arrive, she ignored my texts and blocked me the next morning. Looking back I should have known better but if anyone has any experience getting back money from such scammers please help!!! I have screenshots of our conversation before she deleted! Thank you so much in advance

Glad I see this! I was going to place order with her but I didn’t see any reviews on this shop before. Lucky I searched!

Hi! Has anyone experience purchasing from IG Fashion_addict93?

Yes, got a Coco handle that I ordered through her. It was genuine. But I found her a bit rude. The new bag didn't have the plastic stickers intact. Also the Chanel box was torn in shipping, BUT no issues to the courier package. Only thing she said was "Oh!".

That was my very first Chanel bag. That was my very first luxury bag!

I feel she is way better to clients that regularly buy luxury from her (obviously) but for a first time and only experience with an IG seller, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
