Hmmm...seems to me this situation could have all been a misunderstanding. Perhaps the poster didn't realize it was "pre-order" and when you said you didn't have it they became worried about being scammed?

Anyway, it looks like this was 2 years ago, also looks the poster only signed up here to post this and never updated that you returned her deposit. Hopefully everything was cleared up and you've both moved beyond it.

The deposit was refund to buyer 2 years ago as attached photo. Buyer wasn’t telling the truth and making these accusation that could impact other ppl business. That was the buyer ordered for the white chanel backpack. I don’t just sell items I have, but also sourced directly from boutiques. I told her it has ordered and on the way next week. She changed her mind and asked for refund deposit. Deposit is non-refundable for buying and ordering these lux items, but I refunded her anyway. If bump into buyers like her, we will lose money and wasting a lot time. Our business is trusted and have all positive feedbacks. Didn’t realize this post here till today, and it’s good that I still kept these records proof to avoid these buyers coming back.

I just purchased a Chanel bag from Cocoapproved and it was great! I’m from Canada and the shipping was really fast (around 3-5 days). I paid extra 55CAD for duty tho. The bag is perfect, exactly as described on their website.
