Do not purchase from vintagelux.shop. Made payment, was told it was shipped but still did not receive it!! Tracking number was not shared after multiple chasers and seller just simply went MIA on all messages. Sharing more details here in case the seller change her account. She has also blocked my comments on her instagram account.

She is a nice seller who uses DHL for her postage. But other than that, the photos she takes conceals indents that are not shown in the photo angles, and she is not upfront about it too. This happened to me more than once. I will not buy from her again.

I've bought from her a few years ago, and have even put down a deposit for an item after that, which she couldn't find so she returned the deposit to me. Hope this helps!
Instagram just wouldn't take down her account despite multiple reports as it looked "legit".
I probably can't get my money back but i do want to stop more from getting scammed > Only managed to stop one buyer from getting scam as she commented and i reached out to her. Seller has then switched off comments every since.

Was looking at purchasing a bag from a reputable ig reseller that said it was a consignment, but found out that the reseller doesn't have possession of the item & the owner does. Asked if theres any policy in place if its fake but she keeps saying that there's no way it is. How can they guarantee authenticity & condition of the item without having it in possession? Shouldn't she have the item to begin with if its a consignment....
