I’d like to share my first buying experience from Sandi from @timelessV0gue. Her main account has been randomly disabled by IG so please follow her backup

Sandi is very kind, sweet and professional. She is located in Australia. I have been following her for a very long time. My bag came exactly as she described it on her post. She packed my purse very tightly and safely. Due to the weather hazards in the US, DHL delayed most of its international shipment. Sandi worked closely and consistently with the company to ensure my package won’t be delayed any further. I’d definitely recommend Sandi for all of y’all. Usually, Sandi has unicorns like the classic flap in season colors and mini bags ( which are discontinued since 2018 ) :loveeyes: . After doing my research, I noted that Australia retail price is higher than some countries and regions so please don’t expect anything at a low price range. ( I have never seen anyone selling highly sought after items cheaply )

I had reached out to Charlotteloveluxe about two bags (one preowned, one new from store) and she stopped responding to me after I asked basic questions. It left a bad taste and felt really sketchy.

For the one that was supposed to be new from store, I knew it was a long shot because it was already the next season. She said it was completely sold out, but she can order one that will come in 4-6 weeks or something. I asked more questions about how she can guarantee inventory of something that is sold out (and provide such a specific timeline) and how can I be sure that I will get the bag after handing over my money (since she didn't have it on hand). She stopped answering me.

I thought this was suuuper weird/shady and wondered if she was just ordering a counterfeit to be made and sold to me as "new from store" :|

For the preowned bag, I asked for specific photos of specific angles of a bag to determine condition & authenticity, she said sure and never sent any (I followed up again, but nothing)

I would be pretty sketched about it too. I haven’t confirmed of buying the bag I was interested in yet. She did show me more photos of the bag when I asked. She showed me partial of the cards authenticity but not the bag so I had to ask to see it. At the same time since it is also posted on the other personal shoppers Instagram accounts you don’t know if it has been completely sold to someone. But yeah I felt quite unsure with proceeding with the purchase.

With Globalluxcloset, she showed me photos of the authenticity from the card to the card holder and the original receipt. Which made me feel more sure and also with the help of asking in this forum about their experience with Sasha.

Received today was my purchase from @chl_couture and wanted to highly recommend their services! Super friendly and professional. The item was coming from overseas to them first but got delayed with shipping. They felt bad but I had no worries since I’ve read great reviews. The moment they received it I got an update with photos and was sent priority ship to me. ☺️
