I've always found Fashionphile customer service very cooperative. Contact them.
Anyone notice that something is up with FP customer service?
Their phone number is no longer on the “contact us” page, forcing you to send them an email. Sales are occurring monthly now and I called their toll free number (saved in my phone, may be sign of a problem) and it says “your call cannot go through at this time”. Very very strange…

good catch! must be very recent change, they were answering phones beginning of this month.
Stopped by the Carlsbad flagship this afternoon! I hadn’t been in a few months, they are doing a massive renovation for the buying/browsing/selling area.

Hi everyone! I was curious if FP price matches bags purchased within the return window when a sale starts? I purchased a bag the day before the recent sale started and wasn't sure if it was worth the time/effort to contact FP to see if they could honor some sort of price discount or site credit. Either way I love the bag and am not returning it, but I was curious if anyone had been in a situation like this in the past? Thanks!

Looks like they were able to still apply the discount to my order while it was still active! Glad I decided to give them a call hah

Oh my gosh! I didn't see this one when I was in the showroom, that is the most beautiful shade of brown! I loved the giant HAC also, I can't wait to see what the renovations look like.
Yes that chocolate is gorgeous on that Birkin, a nice warm chocolate! MIm sorry, what is HAC? Is it a Hermes bag? I feel I should know, but I don't. Lol
Yes I'm wondering what is behind that wall they will be tearing down once completed. I need to stop going there! I lost count how many times I've be there in the last 2 months. Uuugh! I tell you, if I was retired from my current job, I would be so excited to work at FP! It may not be a good idea for me to work there withmy bag obsession, but it would be so much fun! Lol
Oh yes the HAC is kind of like the old school birkin, it can come in sizes 40 and 50 (maybe 60?), it's huge! I just googled what the abbreviation is for, a REALLY long French phrase "Haut à Courroies." They had a black one next to the brown boots when I visited...absolutely love it!
