choo_girl123: Did you try checking his feedback to see if there is a link to the auction for the $3800 trunk from My Poupette? Completed auctions seem to only be available for a very limited time, but if you know the auction number (that is why I suggested checking his or My Poupett's feedback) it stays on eBay for at least 60, maybe 90. I hope this helps.

Nope. He has not filed a dispute, nor have I (actually, there's nothing I can file for). According to the transaction page - on my side anyway - only 2 days left to open a case, so I wonder if he'll be filing soon?
I checked his history on goofbay, and there's nothing in the last 90 days. There is one bag - a Goyard, that was $1500, but nothing like he described in his email. I will try checking his feedback. Great idea - thanks!
