broken Roxanne help

I took my roxanne out of the cupboard to take her out today, but a goldpin feel loose. I haven't even used her yet so that seems like crappy quality . It is my sale roxanne in soft grain leather that I worked so hard to get, so it feels like maby it wasn't ment to be.

How about you others with roxannes, have this happend to you? What to do?

a stud/rivet fell off one - sent it back to mulberry repairs they fixed it free of charge - and they were lovely.

I contacted customer service and they is going to arrange for it to be picked up and repaired, since it is so new. I am so relived.

Has happened to me several time - as the other member says - ask Mulberry to do a repair.
