Bracelets/Bangles for small wrists & hands

Hi everyone...I need some advice.

I love the look of bangles and bracelets, but I have tiny little wrists and small hands. Most bracelets are too big on me, so I hardly wear them. I can wear some adjustable cuffs and I have a Tiffany's Venetian link bracelet with some of the links removed to fit me. I am not quite small enough to wear children's bracelets. Bangles typically come in a 7 inch diameter. Does anyone know where I can get smaller bangles or bracelets?

Thank you ;)

My wrist is 5 1/4" around so I feel your pain !

I usually just get my bracelets shortened where ever I can find them. I've had no luck on the bangle front though.

I have the exact same problem. My wrists are very tiny and I can't wear normal bangles. I did buy a gorgeous hinged bangle in cream and silver from Coach recently for about $100. It looks a little like an Hermes Clic H and is nice and small. It comes in cream, black and plum. It's the only Coach bangle I can wear. You can get children's bangles at J. Crew, but on-line only and they actually are smaller than adult, but not as small as most childrens and they fit beautifully.

I tend to wear a lot of cuffs that can be bent smaller.

If you want a bracelet and not a bangle, I cannot say enough about pandora. The base bracelets come in loads of differant lenths, and you get to customise it with beads of your choosing. have a look on the pandora thread, the possiblities are endless, and they are really fun!!!

Thank you for your advice ladies - now I have a few more places I can look to find the right bangles for me. If anyone else has more advice, please share!

Thank you admin for linking my topic - I did a search for this topic before I started my thread, and nothing came up!

David Yurman has a small wrist size that can be ordered. I have a few and those work great for me. You can even squeze them in more to make it perfect for your wrist. They are also great to layer and stack! Normal sized bracelets don't fit me either, I'm very petite and have tiny wrists. Other then my Yurman small wrist bracelets I have had my other bracelets custom made or had links taken out. I have founf bangles to be tougher for small wrists since you can't just have a jeweler take a link out or shorten them...

A lot of the round fashion bangles that don't open are pretty small. It's more about the size of your hand and how flexible your hand is than your wrist size b/c you have to be able to get it over your hand and you won't be able to if it's too small. I am thin with small wrists but my hands are large and I'm not a contortionist so I can't fit into most standard bangles. The only bangles I have like that are some brass ones that came in a larger size. I prefer bangles that open or cuffs for that reason, especially cuffs that can be bent for a custom fit.

I was also going to suggest the David Yurman bangles in the SMALL size. The bracelets that are in stock are usually the medium size, but any store that sells DY can special order you the small size. And they should have a tester bracelet, so you can see if the small size works for you. I've done this with a DY watch and it worked out perfectly.

Absolutely go to David Yurman. I have tiny (and I am not exaggerating I mean tiny) wrists and I have the normal cable classic bracelets in the 5mm that have the gemstones on the ends which work great, but I recently got the bracelet below and I almost passed out in David Yurman-it was an actual bangle that fit my wrist without having to be adjusted. It has a hinge on it and it is amazing. My roommate has normal sized wrists and she cannot get this one on. I got it with the smoky quartz stones which is great because it goes with everything. You should definitely check it out.
