PBC, I just saw in NYC a bunch of Birkins with tape on the turnlock, both clear and blue. Never saw this before, so it must be something new.

Okay just yesterday at BH I was offered a Raisin Vibrato 32cm Kelly in Box leather. Clear plastic on all hardware EXCEPT FEET which had/has blue plastic. BUT every Birkin I've ever had from the Hermes boutique had clear plastic on ALL hardware. There seem to be some inconsistencies.
