I am not 100% positive on this, but when I asked the SA this same question, she said you have to exchange before the next billing period (so basically ~28 days or so from the day you bought it). After that, I am not sure if you can exchange and get the discount on the exchange. I would just call them to double check their policy.

This is so confusing. I thought it was "unlimited" number of days to return/exchange as far as what James told me. Now I am worried about the wrong item sent to me if I will ever get it exchanged for the right hardware since James messed up my order. Ordered 2-ghw and he sent 1-ghw and 1-shw.

yes, that is what I was told by the SA. As long as the cost of the bag you want to exchange it for is less, there won't be a problem.
I spoke to Jane on the phone before purchasing my bag and she told me that it wouldn't be a problem to exchange even it it was 2 months, 3 months, etc. As long as it's processed as an exchange instead of a return, you will still get your discount because you would have already received a statement credit from the initial purchase.
This is what James told me too but someone mentioned the 28 days freaks me out. I need to call Jane tomorrow and double check with her again since James is not going to be back until Friday or Saturday..
Hi Ladies, I have a quiestion..actually, 2. I called the bloomingdales in NYC and they do not have the bag I want in stock, however, I know that from time to time there is a 15% off when you open a card ( usually it's 10%). So in order for me to get the bag I want at a discount, I have to make sure that on the week/weekend of the discount, the bag I want is in stock, otherwise, I am out of luck? Also, does anyone know how often the 15% happens ? Thanks so much

If you call and talk to Ruth at South Coast Plaza, she will put you on a wait list for the bag you want and when it comes in, she'll hold it for you until the next 15%.
