I am not surprised and what I'm reading about the horrible customer service. I just got off the phone with their customer service. I've been waiting 6 weeks for items and they're telling me it'll be an additional 2 before I even see the items. They offered me a $10.00 credit and a free shipping coupon, whom they put in everyone's box. That's all fine an dandy but I traded e-mails with multiple people only to find out last week the the dresses were held up by customs. No one told me that initially. I just got the "canned" response. Not to mention the dresses are going to Canada, where BTR is located, then shipped back to the US. Really? If this was my first experience I wouldn't be so mad but it's not. I returned an item, and of course they only offer store credit, but it too over 6 weeks to post the credit to my account. in the mean time, sales came and went that I would have liked to spend that credit on, because I refused to spend my "money" with them until they returned my initial payment. They then charged me for using their shipping label when, in fact, i purchased my own label.
Every time I've asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep tells me she is one. Anyone who has worked in customer service knows that Supervisors do not answer phones. [FONT="]I asked for someone above her, to which she told me that person was not in. I asked for a time and date as to when they would be in to which, magically she sent me to a shipping supervisor. The shipping supervisor, basically told me the same things as the CS rep who was a supervisor. Im sorry, thats not sufficient. Not to mention the fact she was as rude as can be, talking over me and basically annoyed at my frustrations, when my frustration is warranted. I found out who the Co-CEOs are and I've e-mailed them and will also fallow up with a letter. I am also going to cancel my account with them.
If you haven't purchased, I'd suggest you don't.
