I've been using L'Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream and it's been working wonders. My coworkers are always trying to steal some!

I also really like Ahava Hand Cream - my friend got me some when she was in Israel (not knowing they sold it in the US also!).

i also use l'occitane shea butter hand-cream (mostly in the wintertime and a thick layer at night) and l'occitane lavender hand-cream in the summertime.

i've tried so many different ones but they work the best for me...and i LOVE the smell

Soap & Glory Hand Food! It's a British brand that's only recently started selling in the States (online and through Sephora). So lovely and non-greasy, and a little bit goes a long way! I've never smelled Coco Madamoiselle, but people say the scent is exactly the same!

Best part is the price: $10 for 4.2oz or $5 for 1.69oz.

I actually like the Sally Hansen Hands, Nails & Cuticles cream as its scent is light and not overpowering, and its moisturizing enough for my skin.
