Ok You guys are incredibly helpful.

I'm heading out today and collecting hand creams!

I plan to obtain hand cream sample from La Mer
I'll buy the L'occitane shea butter hand creme.
Then I'll buy the Glysomed from CVS.. to compare for now.

I've tried the eucerin & Aveeno and didn't like them too much. I've tried 2 from each line and they are either too light or TOO thick and takes muscle to sqeeze out of the tube!! lol

Thanks to your help:

I went out and bought:
Crabtree and Evelyn's gardner's hand cream $7
L'Occitane's Shea butter hand cream $20
and got a sample of La Mer's Hand lotion

So far I like the L'occitane the most.
La Mer provides sheerness but feel like it's too light.. Crabtree and Evelyn leaves my hands greasy.. and I'm not a big fan of the smell...

I love the L'Occitane too. You might want to also try the Ahava hand cream that people recommended. I went out and got some of this yesterday, and it's not greasy at all.

Aveeno does the trick: fast-absorbing, not oily, and leaves hands looking like baby's skin. There's really no need to spend too much on lotion. It's, after all, just a coating on the skin that prevents water loss.

Couple things I love:

Mary Kay's "Satin Hands" treatment, which is a combo of a buffing cream and cleansing gel, followed by a hand cream with spf 4. I have a friend starting out as a MK rep so I let her try a demo on me and I love it!

My everyday fave is Neutrogena's visibly younger handcream with spf 15. sunscreen on the back of our hands is SO important to keep them from aging b/c the skin is so thin and gets so much daily exposure. So I use this regularly and it really makes a difference.

Both of these are unscented which is a huge plus for me - I want my perfume to be my scent, not my hand lotion ;)

I love the L'Occitane hand creme. Right now at work I have True Blue Spa - Glove potion # 9 Shea butter hand creme. Got it at bath & body works. My other favorite is Aveda hand relief.

My hands are always super, super dry...I have the L'Occitaine Shea Butter hand cream in my work bag and Ahava Dermud hand cream in my regular bag that I take everywhere. I was on a mission to find a really good hand cream since I wash my hands so often at work. So far, these were the two best that I've tried.
