The white and truffle gh cities are the only ones I could tell from the photos. I have sent three emails to them w/ NO response!
Maybe you should try aloharag, diabro, or styledrops instead!
Hmm...this is not good news for me. I just purchased a bag for my wife on Raffaelo. Payment cleared, but it is now on backorder. This is the bag I bought. Can anyone comment about the authenticity? Should I request a refund?

^the bales look ok on the twiggy, but i think i'd rather err on the side of caution and request a refund if i were you

I have now looked at the links you provided us with and I can not see any squared bales.The bales are round like in the blue one you recognize being authentic.You talk about the strap and its hardware....there is no hardware on the
strap.
If you look at our pictures you can notice they are not all the same as they are taken under different perspective.
You also provided us with 3 links to prove our Balenciaga bags are fake.The two bags you think are fake have a different item code from the blue one you affirm being authentic.
The most important thing is that in our bags you can find the embossed Balenciaga item code inside the bag.That is the best way to say if one item is authentic or not.

What a crazy statement for them to make.............. so they think that the serial number isnt the easiest bit to fake. Quite clearly they are deluded.....
The bag in this photo is authentic.
There are only two bags in question, not the one you ordered.
Just post your photos on the authenticate this thread when you receive your bag, and the experts will let you know!
