Yep, R Lipstick is not on any list it seems. But then again, there are a few colors here and there that aren't on the list (can't think of any off the top of my head but sometimes when I search for a specific color, I can't find). Yep, the R Lipstick was technically a F 2015 color but was still available in 2016. To answer your question on why there are so many on the market now, my guess is that people buy a specific red because they fall in lust with it but then after a year or so, they realize it's not a practical everyday color. I think for awhile there, I thought I noticed a fair amount of coquelicot on the market (my guess is same reasoning).

Thank you! You are probably right. I'm just a bit suspicious with all the new Bals being sold on eBay by "eBay stores". Where do all these brand new Bals that cost 1/3 less than the recommended retail price come from?
Perhaps these aren't completely brand new but people who used them a few times so they are in "like new" condition but advertised as brand new? I would never do that personally but it wouldn't surprised me if some sellers do that. What do you think?

Once you take out of the store, it is not new any longer, it's second hand. Condition - yes, maybe UNUSED, but then it's a matter of individual and personal view, for some people obviously used item is still "new" just because it's THEIR thing and they see no defects
When i am buying in secondary market and see listing of "new/unused" item, i always expect some signs of wear, but in general good condition. Otherwise selling for 30% fromthe cost makes no any sense?....
ksuromax, finally e-mailed the store selling this alleged Red Lipstick on eBay (I know, it's in the US, I can't help myself
) and asked them to confirm that the bag is a Red lipstick despite the D on the metal tag and if they knew if this red was continued in the s/s season of 2016 which maybe would explain the D on their bag (I think it's been pretty well established that Red Lipstick was f/w 2015, with an E on the metal plate?).This was their "enlightening" answer; "It is red rouge lipstick collection 2016."

So, I got an answer back to my request for proof that Red Lipstick:s were also made for the spring/summer season 2016 as this eBay store claims. The answer/proof arrived as just one single link to Bal's US website. And yes, there are pics of a Red Lipstick there but as always on Bal's own sites, no pics of tags. Balenciaga really ought to do something about all of these fakes. They cost almost as much as an authentic Bal which means Bal must be losing money as well.

I have my eye on a giant 12 gold city. I’ve been slowly saving for a Chanel medium flap, but this is another bag I’ve wanted for so long. I just can’t pull the trigger yet, when it’s hard to get a chance to compare types of leather and such.
You know, it's so funny .. when I first started collecting Balenciaga, I absolutely refused to buy any Blue-colored bags .. don't remember why exactly, but since I've always been into colors, I didn't want to get dark colored bags (although I did get the quintessential Black Bals!). Anyway .. as time passed, I realized that I was a dumb-a@@ for not getting some Blue bags and, of course, have since purchased quite a few. Alas, to me .. the best colors really came out early .. like '05 Indigo or the '05 Navy, but some later colors .. like Outremer (had a definite Purple tone to it) .. or the '07 or '08 Marine .. were lovely. This is the big problem with Bal, you can't do with just one in any specific colour, you need one in every shade of any colour

I think I like the Indigo best if I had to choose one of these beauties. It looks like the my perfect blue Bal. Dark blue but not too dark. Perfect 
Are they even possible to find in EUC anymore? I know one was sold some time ago by a tPF:er in the US but I've never seen one available here in the EU. Did you buy anything in Bleu Obscur, CeeJay? If so, how do you think it compares to your other Blues? It looks a bit greyish to me.I'm really wishing Bal will have a perfect blue - and red- for the s/s 2018 season.

Yes, the Bleu Lazuli's color is much more like the FP photo than mine (thank you bad lighting!).
Yes, I do have a Bleu Obscur (pic below); TBH .. not one of my faves as it is a darker blue, but I got it for steal .. hence the reason why it's in my collection.

I like the Bleu Obscur but always thought it looked to grey too be interesting. But in your pic (and others' here) it looks really good. Is it in anyway similar to your Indigo?
