I absolutely LOVE the ballon bleu, especially in mid-size, stainless and gold. I wear my Rolex daily, but would really love a ballon bleu to change things up.

It doesn't show scratches easily, it(the parts in gold) gets scratched easily.
If you are the type of person who is scared of scratches, I suggest getting the all-stainless steel one.

I went and checked out the all stainless and the two tone in the large size and I am in total love! I can't make up my mind.I do like to wear lots of gold.The face of this watch is what attracts me the most It looks old fashioned.Both have silver bezels and faces the only gold on the face part is the little knob thingy (Can't think what they call it)So basically it looks all stainless sooo I have small wrists and when it gets sized I think most of the gold in the two toned band will be removed anyway.So should I get the all stainless ?can I wear the occasional gold bangle with it?

Ok, I went again and tried the Ballon Bleu on today. Price U.S. all gold 31,000.Which now I am in love with.On the two tone the bottom links are stainless so if sized no gold will be taken out.I didn't notice this before.

I LOVE this watch -- although I love the solid rose gold one, it's a little out of my price range

I think the two-tone one is a happy medium, since you can wear it with gold, platinum, & white gold jewelry...

I love Cartier watches in general, but this one doesn't wow me. What matters is if YOU truly love it, then I would get it. I think the two-toned would be best
