It looks like they just had some extra "stuff" and tried to make a bag. The strap looks strange and like an afterthought.
It does remind me of a poodle who was just groomed at a fancy salon.

Bags that have chains hanging across them or bags that have loud print on them, I never understand those simply because it's not my preference.

I don’t get perforated leather. I don’t dislike it ... especially for a summery bag ... but why?? It’s a good idea if you’re aerating your wet bathing suit inside but I don’t get perforated leather as a design feature, especially if the bag is marketed in snowy or wet climates.
