Yes they are connected..I mean if they know that you had been given a birkin/ kelly just few days ago from other stores, but you spend extremely a lot in again in that particular store. That particular store can still gives a birkin n kelly, even though the had checked n knew that you just got a birkin from other hermes stores.

Does the franchise and hermes owned connect too?

I was at the Madison store yesterday and was told that we can get one birkin or Kelly per 6 months. The cycle is Jan-June and July - dec.

Hmmmm....makes me wonder about the resellers and how they have multiple "P" year Bs and Ks in assorted colors/skins.....some are in Europe but most are "headquartered" here in the U.S.

In any case, although there is a lot to be said of the special feeling/white glove treatment one gets upon purchasing an item from a boutique, thank the Deities for these folks....I would have had to wait years on end for the bags I want rather than having the luxury of just going to a website and selecting the color, skin, and size of choice....and rush shipment....

I asked about this very scenario and was told if you've purchased a B or K within the last 6 months that they will hold the bag in the back for you until you can buy again. The bag is yours.

And, that this rule will be decided on a case by case basis and they may sell it to you within your six month window.

Good to know!

Every store in the U.S. is connected. I shop in NY and stores in other states have seen every one of my purchases, it's one large data base. They've all been connected here for almost a year.

Does that include Manhasset, Richards and Cuffs?

Where is Richards and Cuffs?
I don't think Manhasset is connected. They are not connected to website.

I'm not sure what you mean by Manhasset not being connected to the website. They are listed as a boutique on the website.
Richards is in Greenwich, Cuffs is in Cleveland. Both are also listed on the website.

Hello -

I have been waiting for a B/K at my home boutique in Canada, but just managed to purchase a B as a walk-in in the USA. I know that the Canadian / US systems aren't linked (yet), but I'm wondering if mentioning that I purchased a B in the US to my Canadian SA would up my chances of being offered a bag (in terms of $ spent on Hermes), or reduce my chances due to bag limit issues?

Any feedback or advice would be appreciated - thank you!

One thing I always do is tell my regular SA how nice other stores have been treating me, such as giving me special order birkins and other stuff. I don't know if this is true, but every time I told her this, she will offer me some really good stuff (such as a crocodile birkin) within a week. Maybe she's afraid I'll spend my money in the other store instead of hers. So I guess you can try.

I second that. They will offer you good stuff just so you would make them your primary SA.
