Getting a little nervous about my Jane purchase from eBay. Took the seller six days to send me a tracking number (said he/she was busy moving) and two days later still no shipping status :nogood: They also agreed to pay the shipping and I was charged. Said they'd refund it but nothing so far and I've emailed twice about it. Will see what happens today now that the weekend is over, maybe it really is just because of a move but my feedback for them is going to suck

I don't blame you for being nervous, I would be too. It can take a couple days for tracking to be updated on a postal site, so hopefully that's why you don't see any shipping status. I hope you get your Jane soon and everything turns out alright

I hope so too, I emailed again today and was told that I should see the shipping charges refunded in the next day or so, but I've heard that once already. When I asked whether or not the bag has actually been shipped...silence. And tracking has had three days to update although two of them were weekend so that could be part of the issue. Hope to see some evidence of it being sent very soon!:wondering

Some good news, for whatever reason the seller opted to use a different shipper so there were two tracking numbers (weird). I now have the correct tracking number and the bag is actually at a local depot...maybe it'll come today...:D.

When it was empty I found it to be too heavy, when I put my stuff in forget about it. I also have back issues though so not sure if that's why its bothering me.

Probably not the best bag for back issues:nogood: .Maybe the mini Rockie? 45% smaller...wish they'd include the weight on the AW site!

Oh yay! Fingers crossed it arrives safely

She's here and she's gorgeous, all buttery soft and beautiful colour (see pic of daughter holding her):loveeyes::loveeyes: Bad news? Had to pay more at the door, even though the listing said no. Have contacted the seller, still waiting for the shipping credit they owe...I've given them 24 hours to credit me the shipping and extra import charges before I open a case with eBay. Hope I don't have to but...even so, she's definitely worth the hassle!

Wow, that is gorgeous!!! LOVE the colour, congrats! Whenever I have a U.S item shipped to me through USPS I never have import charges/duties to pay...but when shipped using anything else I always have to pay them[emoji21]

Love Jane! Is this English Green? I have the Jane in Black (one of my all time favorite bags) and a Donna in English Green (one of my all time favorite colors). Congrats!!!

From what I can understand the seller had the bag listed through global shipping but shipped UPS so it appears I've been charged twice, as the global shipping charges were taken at purchase and UPS collected at the door. BTW no answer from them so far so unimpressed. Not totally sure how the global shipping thing works, any enlightenment on that?

Global shipping makes you pay the extra charges up front, seller is supposed to ship to where the global shipper is located and then the global shipper sends the package to you. But she/he shipped it directly to you, and that's probably why you had to pay for the charges again. You definitely should ask to have those charges that you paid upon delivery refunded by the seller.
