I'm still waiting for my cut velvet Rocco and I just ordered a Sage Rocco tooI'm excited to finally see this color IRL

i was eyeing that blue suede on the bay... but it has black trim, which i thought was kind of off. not sure if i'm a "bucket bag" kind of girl tho!

Ooohh congrats N! The Forrest is a smashing color! It's weird, the cut "Velvet" is actually textured leather. Mine came late this afternoon and it's so hard to describe. I snapped some pics so I'll post them soon

After much drama with my defective brick rocco and trying to find a suitable replacement even at full price, I managed to find one in luggage at an astonishing 70% off at Opening Ceremony LA!!! Yes, $262!! They also had a cut velvet rocco in smoke for 70% off, so I got that one too 
The fact that I got these 2 bags at essentially the same price as my original bag that was on sale, I didn't feel TOO bad about the buys. I'll post pictures soon!

You are too lucky! I was lucky enough to snag the maple velvet cut. I hope I don't regret it. I haven't even gotten my black rocco that I ordered last week. I'm supposed to be saving, but you guys are making it hard!!

Ordered the Forest Rocco last night from Aloha Rag! I've been on a manic hunt for it all over eBay and Toronto (Holts is all sold out, except for the patent Rocco 
) so thanks to tPF, one member found that Aloha Rag still sells them! I figure I'd rather pay full price + free shipping for a brand new one from a reputable site with insurance/coverage in case of loss/damage than pay a few hundred dollars less on eBay + about $100 in shipping and risk it getting lost in the mail.

Hey Pete,
Black roccos are definitely a classic item and finding them on sale can be pretty difficult. Your best bet might be eBay at this point, but be sure to have it authenticated on the forum first!
