Try also not to keep posting stock photos once listed but offer your own photos to help others make their choices. Thank you :flowers:

Thank you Holsby! Your photos were the „trigger” to look into this design. And I bought different CW because yours was unavailable  But I feel like this CW will suit me better, I am a sucker for all grays, steel colors and browns lately.
Thank you for the explanation of the confusing title. I would have never thought of it but it makes sense! 2 scarves, double name (like my surname ).
That’s why I love this forum so much!!!
Thank you bibivi! I am glad that you found a CW that you like! With Hermès you nearly always can find a CW that suites you.

2020FW season is a good one, far better than the past few seasons. I got one 90 silk, one 70 silk and one CSGM. Finally, I had time and energy to take some pictures of this beauty. I personally think this is the prettiest CW of “La Cite Cavaliere” CSGM. Thanks for letting me share.

Apologies for joining late with my admiration of this beautiful silk, you wear it so well @Awillow ! These just started trickling in on the Canadian site and I am considering ordering it. Just a question promted by a discussion on a SS2021 thread, is this a silk twill that is washed, or silk plume (in terms of thickness)? How does it hold up in wear? I have Sieste 140 cm in silk plume and it wrinkles, and the equateur 90 cm twill wrinkles even more so. Curious.. Thank you in advance for sharing your experience

Sorry for the delayed response, persimmon.

This is a wash, but it does feel similar in weight to me as the plume. I have a sieste, and they seem comparable in weight to me. (It is definitely lighter than a standard twill.)

The wash has less sheen and a softer feel than the plume (comparing with my sieste). It does wrinkle a bit. Not sure how badly as I haven't yet worn mine a ton. Wrinles may seem somewhat more evident in the KeP because of the larger expanses of background color.

I do love this scarf; it is beautiful. I have it in three colorways and am thinking about a fourth.

Thank you so much, @Awillow. In understand it better now what to expect -I am not able to visit the boutique as we are locked down, and I really avoid ordering items and then returning them, so the more I can learn from kind TPFers like yourself the more educated my choices are. There is only one cw available now (caramel), and I was also hoping to see the gavroches before deciding, but in the meantime the new season started trckling in and got distracted... All the KeP 140 cm are magnificent, I can totally see why you have decided on multiples. They are really chic tied!

OK, back to checking H.com
Thank you again and enjoy your beauties

I had bought myself two scarves from this season as a birthday present earlier in the month, but have only now gotten around to taking modeling shots. So here are the Plumes en Fete CSGM and the Grand Prix du Faubourg MT Slim, both in the pink/green CWs.

I had actually bought these more or less intending to return the MT Slim - I have tried the format before and didn't find it very wearable. But I have been tempted since this MT Slim came out because I ADORE this design by Ugo Gattoni. I have the 90 but could only find it in a grey/white colorway, and always felt sad to have missed out on a more colorful version. The intricacies of the design come off much better in color, IMO. I was unsure about the MT Slim both because of the format and because it still has large swaths of white/grey. However, after looking at my mod-shots, I might actually keep this. The bow knot looks pretty cute, no? And look at the close-up picture, how can you not like all those tiny little funny people?

As for the CSGM, I have been looking for a fuschia one for a long time to jazz up grey or black sweaters. The dark pink on this is definitely splendid (it looks rather orange-y in my photos but in reality it is very much a fuschia). BUT looking at my mod shots, I'm not sure that I like all the brown/grey feathers. They kind of muddy up the appearence of the shawl, no? Also unsure about the white which is likely to show dirt, and I have this design in a 90 anyway... So despite being convinced I would keep this, I might actually return it. Instead, I could maybe go for something like this Brandebourgs Points shawl (pics below the modshots), which is not pink but has a fab pink hem, or this La Cite Cavaliere ... Thoughts?

I have the fuchsia plumes as well. Maybe it’s how you tied it but I only seem to notice the gorgeous green feathers. It’s one of my fav scarves and surprisingly goes with so much. 8B8BE47C-7689-4C1E-9242-5F93CF27C63E.jpeg
