Thank you, Tanker Toad! Yes, I agree that the silks are slowly trickling in. I know that COVID is to blame, so my main concern is that everyone stays healthy and safe. Hermes is worth the wait, even if it takes a year (or more) to get what we want. One positive thing is, I used to be an "instant gratification gal." Hermes has taught me patience. Good things come to those who wait and are friendly. (I can't imagine the stress our SAs are feeling because of COVID.)

Trickling in indeed. Some scarves I ordered w my SA haven’t come in yet. promenades 70’s cw 5,6,7, amoreaux twilly cw 14, and some jardin gavroches still.

Hello Friends! My visit to H on Saturday was a big hit! I was so excited to score this treasure!!Here is my Della Cavalleria double sided scarf in cw 03: orange/blue jean. Finally, I got this scarf that I have been wanted at the beginning “bride de cour remix” 140cm. my store did not get any 140cm scarves last year due to the pandemic. I got it on h.com.

My last purchase: Formula One CW04 from men’s department. I am absolutely thrilled with it. So many looks and so versatile.
On the website it’s called Formula Chic but the tag says Formula One, wonder why??

The two faces of the scarf depict the modern Formula One circuite race on one side and on the other side
Circuit des Remparts (Wikipedia) a historic race circuit in Angoulême, France, that I learned from my twin @imoline.
Formula One I knew of before, but the historic race in France was new knowledge to me.

What can I say... I have a week spot for feathers (and botanical desings..) and, for me, this is H -Craftmaship at its best... (unlike the growing numbers of simple or simplified, 2- color, uninspired, remakes, etc that are being made more and more...)
The different CWs make all 3 Shawls look like different desings! Each has its own Character...
