So it looks like I may have jinxed myself when talking about pics being wrong on the website etc, a few days ago...
I received my first order of the season today and...one of the items is the wrong cw. :sad:

What I DID order was the black cw of Jardins de Soie (cw 03 Noir/vert/multicolore), but instead I received cw 05 (Vert/rose/blanc) - but with a tag for cw 03! :annoyed:
Like, honestly - again?! And it also has a little round sticker on it, but a yellow one this time as opposed to the red ones they apparently use for marking defects. Not sure what yellow means though.

I've emailed customer services, and am now waiting for them to get back to me. *sigh*

Congratulations Hermeshope...what a splendid colorway for you. I'll look forward to your blog post, but in the meantime enjoy wrapping yourself in this beauty!!

So sorry that you were sent the wrong color scarf. I’m sure you can get this straightened out. Regarding the round sticker color, it might be yellow here, instead of red, in order to stand out on this particular color scarf, which already has a lot of small red spots in the design. But, why is there a sticker? If the mistake is the label, I would think that the sticker would be there rather than on the body of the scarf. Looking forward to hearing about how this mystery plays out.

So sorry. :nogood: :hugs: I hope CS will be able to find you the correct 03 that you'd like. It's really :nono: the endless mistakes and flawed silks in circulation that should've been pulled aside instead. :wtf: :pokey:

I didn't even think about that re the color of the scarf vs the color of the sticker, but you're probably right!
They most likely didn't add the round sticker to highlight that it had the wrong info sticker; it's probably due to something like a pull in the fabric or something like that. I haven't looked very closely at it but couldn't spot any obvious flaws.

I know this stinks for you, but I hadn’t seen this colorway yet and it is stunning!

Yes, it's really becoming tiresome having to deal with this crap on a regular basis.
Now that I've seen it IRL I'm not even sure I like the print. The scale of the pattern just doesn't look as good as I thought it would. To me it just feels a little too big.
In other words - now I need to choose what else to get instead (the wishlist is long...):P
