This is the second Fall/Winter collection that the 140cm silk is produced in plume, not the regular twill. It used to be Plume silk was only for the Spring/Summer collections but that hasn't been the case since last year.

Thank you for your answer. Your wisdom makes me happy, but the knowledge behind makes me sad...

So it looks like I may have jinxed myself when talking about pics being wrong on the website etc, a few days ago...
I received my first order of the season today and...one of the items is the wrong cw.

What I DID order was the black cw of Jardins de Soie (cw 03 Noir/vert/multicolore), but instead I received cw 05 (Vert/rose/blanc) - but with a tag for cw 03!
Like, honestly - again?! And it also has a little round sticker on it, but a yellow one this time as opposed to the red ones they apparently use for marking defects. Not sure what yellow means though.

I've emailed customer services, and am now waiting for them to get back to me. *sigh*

Sorry this happened to you! Last night I noticed this exact Cw for sale on eBay it also had the “wrong 03 tag”

Really? Ok, so then it’s not just mine...
I figured it might be a one-off human error since a 3 and a 5 may be easy to mistake for each other.

Taken indoors, except for the last one. It’s white, not cream or off white, and the contrast hem is a smidge darker irl than in the outdoors pic.
I actually didn’t mind the size of the pattern as much when trying it on as just looking at it flat, so I may give the actual cw 03 a chance after all. CS have still not responded, so we’ll see when this is all solved.

Where are you located? I’m jealous you could even order the black one!! I haven’t seen it come across the US website

I’m in Europe Don’t worry - it’ll probably be available on the US site soon.
Since the season launched here earlier than expected, one can only assume they’re more or less up to speed again. At least I hope so!

That's too bad they sent the wrong one AND there's a problem. To me it looks like a dye registration problem. The little creature is overlapping the line of the border. (Kind of like coloring outside the lines...)

Thanks for the additional pics, it is so pretty, but I agree about the sizing. I actually would love this in a slightly smaller print scale and in a 90 cm silk! Maybe they'll release next season...

Yes, but it looks like he(?) is like that in all the flat pics so I guess it’s part of the design?

It's frustrating about H messing up the order, but this is lovely! It really looks great on you!
My guess about the yellow dot is maybe the little creature was supposed to be outlined? In your first picture there is an animal that looks like he is outlined in black. I didn't even notice this until I saw the other pics.

Hmmm - maybe? But there’s no black line there either to suggest that it’s an overlap...
I am in No Way certain of this, but just thinking about it.
