A request was made last week to A4U to authenticate an Hermes wallet.
Bababebi doesn't authenticate wallets or small leather goods.
After reaching out in the last several days with a follow up e-mail as well as a voice message, there has been
NO RESPONSE .
In my experience they only respond through Facebook messenger, then you should get a response within 12 hours. I hope that helps.

This is only Tuesday and "the last several days" would have been the weekend. Are they not allowed to take weekends off?

They are certainly allowed to take "weekends off"...
The post clearly states " a request was made last week". & several attempts to follow up have been so far in vain.
There has been no response .Period...
Let's move on... It is what it is...

May be try Facebook message them. I got a response within one day.

Have tried all of the suggested options including Facebook more than once &
thank you for your suggestion.
I'm done thinking that perhaps previous existing issues have been resolved & wanting
to give this service more than a second chance. Sometimes you get it right & sometimes you don't.
There is another service I have contacted so hopefully I will hear back in the next day or so.

Hello, I had given advice here before for contacting authenticate4u using the method that has worked for me in the past (Facebook messenger instead of email or their website). Now I am wondering if anyone has any advice for me. I purchased authentication on October 4, and received an quick reply through Facebook messenger that they would start working on it. I didn’t hear back for awhile, so on Friday October 11 I send another Facebook messenger asking if I could get an update or if they needed any additional photos. I never heard back, so I sent another message on Monday, October 14 Tuesday, October 15, and today. Does anyone have any other ideas of a good way to reach them? I would try another service, but for this item no one else provides authentication.

Send a follow up message on FB and they should see it. Same thing happened to me earlier in the week, apparently FB messenger is acting up and they’re not getting some messages, but with follow up it triggered an alert and she’s got my item out for review now.

Sounds familiar... Suggest trying as I did a second FB message.. you might get a response faster than I did
& just saw your post that you did get an answer...

I found this Thread in the Fendi Forum. :hrmm:

Link: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/fake-bags-from-lxrandco.1007100/

Also, if one of their Authenticaticators sees a request on this Forum on a certain AT Thread & they have already authenticated that same item, the poor Member who posted the request gets a nasty email asking why they are seeking help from this Forum? Not impressed at all with their customer service or how they berate Members who simply would like a second opinion.

ETA: I also wouldn't recommend a company who make's you jump through hoops & have to Join FB just to get a response for an authentication!

+1
I also think that many on this forum have lost sight that this is a service business & not
to feel that one has to continually pursue getting a response by messaging several times
to their FB page as well as their website...

That means that the third-party-authenticator is stalking the Fendi AT thread and speaking from personal experience... I'm wondering who has time for that? But also maybe there isn't as much interest in the secondary market for Fendi as Chanel and so not as many requests?
