I never said I had a problem with them taking the time to make an accurate authentication. What I have a problem with is them not communicating with me what is going on. I have had this brand authenticated with them before (Celine) and got results back promptly both times (two days max).

If I have a client at work who as asking about progress or a timeline for my work to be completed, I let them know what's up and I keep in touch. If there is something out of my control that will delay my work from getting done, I will take one minute out of my day to write them an email. She can charge more for the service if she so chooses but I paid the asking price for this authentication to be done at this point in time.

Agree here
Communication is the key, its been addressed so many times here & that seems to be is what is lacking.
What matters here is that her brand specialists communicate with Lesley better if that is the issue so she can advise her clients acordingly
& if they are not doing so, that needs to be corrected. She needs to oversee requests perhaps in a different way to make sure
that requests are sent out in a timely manner .
Spending more money for the service is not the answer to fixing an existing problem.
Computer, server problems, vacations etc wear thin after a while when consistently being used
as an excuse when a response is needed & requested multiple times..
This seems to be business 101....communicate & communicate in a timely manner.

Good Afternoon,
I got a nice, long PM on Facebook from Lesley. She has been dealing with some very real issues. She promised that she would get the Authenticate4U Formal Certificate out to me NLT COB today.
I believe her and told her that I appreciate the confirmation email and the very reasonable pricing.
Warm regards,
California53

Lesley doesn't do that because she wants her service and experts to be credible. And unfortunately, because of the lack of punctuality on the part of some of her independent contractors as well as the computer issues and personal problems which have been admitted to, Lesley's shortfalls take a beating.

Your authentication team can be as amazing as you like but that's not what people are complaining about. It's the service and the appalling communication. Whether Lesley accepts it or not, she is in a service industry and communication and politeness are the key to that sort of business. Equally, customer feedback should be taken on board instead of telling people to mind their own. Good manners cost nothing. Customers shouldn't have to chase for an answer - A4U need to be more proactive with delayed authentications.

Agree here..
Communication, communication, communication
Does anything more need to be said?

Can you not post in the Authenticate This LV thread on the forum?

You could be right. Thanks. I'll check. I had to act quickly not to lose it and it looks good to me. It would be a post sale verification and I know the Hermes authenticators only do pre sale authentications. It looks like in the past people have recommended Caroldiva or meme's treasures. I'll google them as well.

Hi - I use CarolDiva a lot. I hope that's helps!

Just want to share my first time experience with AFU. I am disappointed with lack of communication on their part. I made payment and sent pics on Saturday, 27/8. Till now, I yet to receive any acknowledgement of email on their part. I not sure if my mails have been received by them. If they take longer time to authenticate and they should at least acknowledge that they have received the mail. The information on their website indicated that they work on Sat and Sun too. So it has been almost 6 days! Anyone can suggest any other reliable authentication service provider for Celine bag?
Thanks.

I read the past posts and realised that A4u had many records of delayed authentication which might take months. Why? What actually happened that caused such delay?
