Did you try Etinceler? They specialize in Chanel and have a large following. Sorry you are going through this...
The bag is above 15 million series so Enticeler dont do those.
No reply from authenticate4you so that is out of the picture
Anyone have other suggestions to legit authenticator that is reliable and can help/offer services for usage in an ebay claim process?

Contacted on Facebook and their service was more than great. They replied to all of my messages in around an hour and after I have sent the photos, my authentication results came in 48 hours. Definitely recommend to everyone! Try Facebook first rather than e-mailing though, I think they reply faster
I just had an LV authenticated last week and am very happy with their service - very fast turnaround. I agree with the previous poster that if you are not hearing anything, try contacting through FB as I always receive a reply, usually within the hour.
No, you certainly don't have to. That is your perogative. I was simply stating that you get a quick answer by messaging through FB😄
I agree with you that if someone has a legitimate business website as Authenticate4U claims to have I don't understand why so many can only contact them through facebook. Makes no sense to me and puts them in a very bad light.
Not only that, it's offensive to tell someone who has paid money through their original website that they'll get a faster response through FB. Not everyone on the planet uses FB or wants to.
