OMG, I just realized that I'm not the only who got forgotten. I have been used Authenticate4u couple times before. The responses usually come back very timely. Unless one time with my Hermes bag. They didn't give me any response until I filed the refund request since I have been waiting for too long and found another authenticator to do the assessment for me. Then Authenticate4u replied me that the refund was issued since the authenticator was off. Fine. I accepted that since I at least got a response. However, they could have let me know sooner if their authenticator is not available.
BUT this time, I'm very upset with their service. The request and payment was sent on Jan. 4th 2016. I've tried sending emails and have gotten no recent response since then. I also left message in Purse Form with no response. I called customer service number during office hour and it went to Voice message directly. I left voice message, but no reply too.!!
I saw some people mentioned that they can be reach through Facebook. Could anyone tell me that whats their FB account name? I will try to contact them again.
Also, does anyone have any recommendation on another authenticator who is reliable?? I feel I need to find a good replacement since I'm really unsatisfied with Authentication4u's customer service. Thanks in advance.

If it's an Hermes product I highly recommend bababebi. Other than that I'm not sure. I need to find a new service too. Good luck.

Hi

Thursday last week at 8.00 in the morning i paid via PayPal and sent request on email. Since then Ive only gotten autoreply and then no reply at all. Their phone number is straight to voice mail.

Any one have experience with them?

Are there any serious authenticators that you reccomend?

Oh my god, I hope not. I requested yesterday an authentication, since I have used them once before (couple of months ago) and did not have any problem. Any body who has any further information is highly appreciated

No they are absolutely not a scam. There is a thread on them in the ebay forum. Sometimes they seem to have issues getting back to people timely. Check the the thread and see if anyone is reporting any issues with them lately.

They are in the UK and the experiences with them have been mixed. Read back on this thread. My authentication took more than two weeks and multiple emails and finally a post here complaining. Then I finally got a response. If it's time sensitive find another authenticator.
