This is an important notice. We have just received a copy of a PDF which shows an authentication of an item which we have NOT authenticated. The PDF has been 'hacked'. It has been 'lifted' from one of our clients listings, and then used to sell an item. At present, we are not aware as to whether there are further incidences of this - we have had this happen in the past. PDF's are 'locked' but can be 'hacked' if someone wants to. Its as simple as a 'scammer' will do this to ensure their item appears legitimate. Please ensure that if you are offered an item which is alleged to have been authenticated by us that you contact us and ask for confirmation. That way - you keep yourselves safe. Once I have further details of this issue we will take steps to deal with the person concerned. DO NOT be under any illusion - people will try any trick they can. DO NOT be under any illusion - we will take legal action against anyone we find using our documents to peddle fake items. That is FACT.

This is awful. I am sorry to hear that someone is undermining your reputation this way and I hope that everyone will be on the lookout for these falsified documents. Good luck in your pursuit against legal action against the offender.

I understand that you don't want to divulge too much information but is there any chance that this is the same scammer who has been using Etinceler's docs and altering them?

Is anyone facing delays on A4u again? Sent them a request early last week. Automated email said they would get back in 72 hours.. They didn't. Listing expired so asked for a refund. No response again for 2 days. Then found another bag so asked them to authenticate it since I had already paid.. Again no response besides the automated email. How much time does it take to just say that they are working on it

Just contacted them over facebook and got a response immediately.. Lesley was out of office and her replacement hasn't been able to keep up with the emails. Anyways, she said she would get back to me overnight with the results..
