Who knows, if I ordered simple email authentication, and after confirming I want to get a full statement. Will they discount for the price I have already paid....eventually they do not need to re-do their job...

Mail check please.

Thank you :D
Really appreciate your time and the update. Your service is truly one of a kind. Nobody provides such an accurate, thorough and cost effective service. We fully understand that this service may sometimes take some time but just wanted to make sure all was well with your team. Thanks.

Two years ago I asked them to authenticate a Celine bag for me and sent them payment by PayPal. They then confirmed the bag was authentic and that they would send the authenticity documentation a few days later. After several emails and trying to call them (always voicemail), nothing!

This seems ironic to me hearing of all the disappointment with Authenticate4u, especially since so many on these forums have recommended them over many others for so long now.

I guess it's fine if you hear back from them but if you don't then you've wasted both your time and $$.

Hopefully things will pick up for them soon and they can be back in business.

Are you serious? This happened two years ago and NOW you're complaining?!?!?!

Just like a person who made an ebay purchase 2 years ago and (supposedly) just learned they got a fake, it's way too late to do anything.

To be fair, she may not be trying to "do anything" other than share her experience. This is a thread where people comment on their opinions/ experiences with this vendor. Is it not okay to share because her experience is "expired"? I'm not understanding..

Yes, I agree with you littlerock, that was my impression as well.

Some people seem to be a bit biased about authenticate4u here. If you constantly run into problems be it It or health problem, you either fix it right away or just stop taking payment until you are sure service can be rendered upon receipt of payment.

This I agree with......it's a business and should be run as such. These problems have been ongoing for quite some time and although I've wanted to use their service have been reluctant to do so based on many opinions that have been shared here.

Exactly. I am not asking for a refund after two years. I tried to contact them a few days ago by email and telephone to ask them whether they had records of the bag they authenticated for me. No response.
If I had had a positive experience two years ago, that wouldn't have expired either!

All valid points..

Laetitya - perhaps you would care to resend your email and this could be dealt with

Of course Admin may decide to remove my post but I am NOT touting - I am merely trying to address your issue.
