Hi.. please be weary of online sites that sell "authentic" bags. Many online sites claim that they sell bags that are 100% authentic and there really is no way to verify that. Such claims do not mean anything. Most sites that claim that they are authentic are trying to rip you off your money - the truth is, most often they sell either high quality replica bags or worse, low quality replica bags that are way over priced. So, you are paying a lot of money (usu. u are paying like 40-50% off the retail price) for something that cost way less than $100.

Sites like mimiandporter, Italian luxe etc are all sites that are dishonest and trying to scam you of your money. So please beware!!!

I have been weary of online sites now... and as a student, I too want to buy bags at a steal (bargain prices) but am not sure where to get those. I dont trust online sites anymore (am a victim of a scam and have no way to get my $ back), heard many horror stories about ebay (not delivering the goods, or sending a cheap replica)... so yeah, I know how it feels to stumble upon a site that claims to see authentic bags at discount prices! Sites that claim they sell bags with authenticity tags, cards, dust bags etc do not mean anything, unfortunately.

If you see a site that looks legit, you might want to check out with the official company to see if they do indeed sell consignments to that company or if they are their authorized resellers.

I recently sent an email to LV official site inquiring about this. The LV staff are helpful and replied to my email promptly. So you might want to do that :)

lubz, 1st sells fakes, 2nd is undetermined.

Do a search in this section on both of those sites, you'll find more threads on both these websites.

I'm relatively new to the Louboutin subforum so i'm no expert, but my general experience is that only a few websites sell authentic Louboutin:

www.net-a-porter.com
www.bluefly.com

also: online websites of barney's, bergdorf goodman, neiman marcus and saks

there is only one official Louboutin site and that website does not sell items online. and of course, the last post gives you the louboutin authentication thread where the experts can help!:smile1:
